the property is spotless, with modern amenities. the dorms are well-equipped, including privacy curtains and en-suite bathrooms. the staff is exceptionally friendly, and the location is ideal for exploring. Free breakfast is provided, and the owner, Andrew, is genuinely welcoming. Elevator access is convenient, and internet connectivity is reliable. A delightful stay with a personal touch. Cons: Would definitely recommend this hotel.

the bed was comfy, and the room itself was nice. the bathroom was clean and it had a hairdryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower for my convenience.

Convenient central location, super friendly and helpful staff! Also, the airport is just 19 miles away, so not too far. Breakfast was decent and served here. 🌟

Dormitory room was brand-new, the beds were comfy. A hairdryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower was a plus. The location for Hanoi was favourable and absolutely perfect, short walk to Old quarter Ha Noi. And there was Liho Tea with short-orders right next to the venue, super convenient. I had a really great stay and would love to return, thanks.

This place is super convenient as it's located right by all the cool restaurants, shops, and outlets! It's smack dab in the middle of the Old Quarter which is awesome for exploring. 🏙️
